Murrumbeena Park Bowls Club is actively seeking people of all ages to join us in both our competition lawn bowls and social activities.
The game of bowls suits all ages and skill level, from teens through to bowler in their nineties. A non-contact sport played as a team, it fosters both “on-green” and “off-green” social interaction with other players and club members and members of our local community.
Our Club offers a number of different types of membership to cater for varying levels of involvement within the club. For those who would prefer not participate in Tuesday or Saturday pennant competitions, there are a number of social events held at our club as well as in conjunction with other local bowls clubs. These are a great way become involved in this challenging and addictive social sport. Tuesday nights under lights during summer is an ideal way to learn the sport and play in a more laid back environment in the warmer weather.
Our current membership types are:
Full playing rights, including Pennant & State competitions and Club championships. Voting rights at club meetings.
|Junior Member||Available for those aged under 18 years.|
|Social Bowling Member||Access to Club facilities and the greens, entry into club and social events. Excludes Pennant, State and Club competitions.|
|Social Non-Bowling Member||Access to Club facilities, but does not give playing rights.|
The Club is fully licensed with facilities generally open from 4,00pm Tuesday to Saturday. Please note that Club opening hours vary between the Summer and Winter seasons.
